RESOLUTION #1-78 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE S TREE T RESTORATION <br />PROJECT #1-78 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously directed the <br />Engineer to furnish a report as to whether or not a <br />street restoration project is feasible and report as <br />to the estimated cost of such improvement, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is now in receipt of a report <br />from its Engineer declaring that Project #1-78 is feasible <br />and that the estimated cost is $246,616.00, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville, shall meet at the Centerville <br />School Building in the City of Centerville on Monday, <br />April 17, 1978 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of holding a <br />public hearing upon the proposed street restoration Project <br />#1-78 and subsequent public hearing will be held at the <br />City Council meeting Wednesday, April 26, 1978 at the City <br />Council chambers at 7:00 pm.
