<br />-I <br /> <br />Counei lmember <br />adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the fol,lowing resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PETITION TO THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />FOR THE CLEAR WATER CREEK FLOOD PLAIN REDUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council has held numerous public informational <br />meetings and has recei ved input from Centervi lIe City residents surrounding the <br />above-referenced project; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council met, at their regu"larly scheduled City <br />Council Meeting on August 28, 1991, to consider the proposed Petition to the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District in the above-referenced matter; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council has reviewed the proposed Petition and <br />" authorizes its presentation to the Board of Managers for the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District. <br />~1t <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the <br />Petition for Improvement Pursuant to Minnesota Statute SI03D.705 is hereby <br />authorized.
