Brian Drive and 20th Avenue and cleaning <br />gradin~ of aODroximatelv 3000 linear feet of Clear <br />Water Creek UD stream from Anoka County Road 14 Flood <br />Project referred to as Clear Water Creek Flood Plain <br />Reduction Project. <br />(A copy of the petition and resolution # 91-xx <br />authorizing a petition to the Rice Creek Water Shed <br />District for the Clear Water Creek Flood Plain <br />Reduction Project is attached to and made a part of <br />these minutes.) <br />AdoDtion of Resolution ~90-x A9Drovin~ the Remainin~ <br />Funds within the 1988 Municioal Water Construction Fund <br />to be transferred to the 1988 MuniciDal Water Debt <br />Service Fund <br />AdoDtion of Resolution #91-x apDrovin2 that the <br />remainin~ funds within the 1987 Street Reconstruction <br />Fund shall be transferred to the 1987 Street <br />Reconstruction Debt Service Fund <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />The Consolidation Committee has expressed concern that the budget <br />work sessions were not published in the Quad Community Press. <br /> <br />The Clerk/Administrator noted that she contacted the cities of <br />Circle Pines, Lexington and Lino Lakes and that they had not <br />printed notice of their budget work sessions in their legal <br />paper, as was this was not a requirement. The requirement is <br />that the notice be posted three days in advance of the meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council noted the Consolidation Committee~s concern. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />ADoointment of Plannin~ and Zonin~ Commission member <br />Motion by WilharberJ second by Dario that per the recommendation <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission Al LaMotte, 7262 <br />Centerville Road, shall be appoint as Planning and Zoning <br />Commission member, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City Council Resoonse to Consolidation Committee City Em~lovee <br />Concerns <br />Council member Wilharber advised that he had conducted an <br />independent investigation to include discussion with the owner of <br />Trippel's Market. <br />
