<br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a Flood Plain Assessment Hearing on <br />Thursday, July 11, 1991 at the City Hall. Mayor Buckbee called <br />the hearing to order at 7:00 p.M.
