<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />December 11, 1991 at the City Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the <br />meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. Present: Burgstahler, Dario, <br />Pelton, Wilharber. <br /> <br />MINlTTES <br />Motion by Dario, second by Pelton to approve the October 21, 1991 <br />Special Meeting minutes, Aye - Buckbee; Aye Dario; Aye- <br />Pelton; Abstain Burgstahler; Abstain - Wilharber, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Buckbee to approve the October 23, <br />1991 meeting minutes with the following correction: <br />Now Reads: <br />"amend to read: adhesives that can be used to <br />apply to material such as the bar codes in 120 degree <br />below zero.", <br /> <br />Amend to Read: <br />"amend to read: adhesives that can be used to <br />apply to material such as the bar codes in 20 degrees <br />below zero.", <br />Aye Buckbee; Aye Dario; Aye Pelton; Abstain- <br />Burgstahler; Abstain - Wilharber, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to approve the November 13, <br />1991 meeting minutes, Aye Burgstahler; Aye - Dario; Aye- <br />Pelton; Aye - Wilharber; Abstain - Buckbee, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to approve the November <br />20, 1991 Budget Public Hearing meeting minutes, Aye- <br />Burgstahler; Aye - Pelton; Aye - Wilharber; Abstain - Buckbee; <br />Abstain - Dario, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to approve the November 27, <br />1991 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Dan Henderson. Police Liaison <br />Dan Henderson, Centerville Police Liaison, appeared before the <br />City Council to update on the Circle Pines/Lexington police <br />Department. Mr. Henderson noted that speeding and driving <br />violation were up for the month of October. It was noted that <br />the Police Officers are not waiting for people to that come off <br />of Interstate 35E. The number of patrol hours for Centerville <br />for the month of October is 509 and for the month of November <br />463. This is an average of 16 hours per day of a Police Officer <br />within the City of Centerville. <br />
