<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a Budget Public Hearing on November 20, <br />1991 at the City Hall. Acting Mayor Burgstahler called the <br />public hearing to order at 7:02 p.m. Present: Burgstahler, <br />Pelton, Wilharber8 Absent: Buckbee, Dario. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Burgstahler gave a short presentation with the tax <br />situation outlining Centerville growth, tax capacity, City <br />benefit and the proposed Centerville budget. <br /> <br />A copy of the overheads used at the meeting are attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Audience members present who asked questions or expressed concern <br />were: <br /> <br />Danelia Savino, 311 Pleasant, St. Paul <br />Beverly Hughes, 1793 Center Street <br />David Knoll, 7154 Shad Avenue <br /> <br />It was announced at this Budget Hearing that a supplemental <br />Budget Hearing would also be held on Tuesday, December 3, 1991. <br />It was noted that the Centennial School District Representatives <br />were invited to attend to speak on the effects of the School <br />District on property taxes. <br /> <br />It also appeared to <br />request that City Staff <br />future revenue. <br /> <br />be the consensus of the City Council to <br />investigate franchise fees for possible <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to adjourn the Public <br />Hearing, motion carried unanimously.
