<br />Meeting Minutes - CC <br />page six <br />October 9, 1991 <br /> <br />Consent A~enda <br />Motion by BurgstahlerJ second by relton to approve the following <br />consent agenda items: <br />Walk for the Hun~ry recognition of proclamation for <br />Centennial Area Walk for the Hungry Day; <br />Center Hillsr Second Addition authorizing payment of <br />partial pay estimate #3 for Ho-So Contracting, Inc. in <br />the amount of $55,763 (holding the maximum retainage <br />amount of $11,897.13; <br />1768 Center Street - authorization to City staff to take <br />action to repair driveway within street right of way <br />for a cost not to exceed $350, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Double Permit Fees for After the Fact Building Permits <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to enforce a double <br />permit fee for all after the fact building permits; <br />-the enforcement shall become active January 1, 1992; <br />-City staff shall inform City residents in the next City <br />newsletter of the new enforcement policy, to include a <br />list of typical items which require a building permit, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Consent AHenda <br />Motion by BurgstahlerJ second by Dario to approve the following <br />consent agenda items: <br />RedistrictinH Levy - a letter shall be sent to Anoka County <br />in support of a redistricting levy, a portion of which <br />shall be allocated to cities; <br />1992 Presidential Primary - a letter shall be sent to Anoka <br />County in support of State funding of municipal and <br />County costs for conducting the 1992 presidential <br />primary; <br />Assessments of delinauent account. 9ast dues and <br />miscellaneous - an assessment hearing date of November 13, <br />1991 is set; <br />Termination of Em~lovment of Kelly Kival.
