CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 28, 2008 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on May 28, 2008, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Mary Capra <br />Council Member Linda Broussard-Vickers <br />Council Member Jeff Paar „ n~ ~ <br />Council Member Tom Lee ~~\~J/ / <br />Q ~ 0 <br />ABSENT: Council Member Michelle Lakso <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />City Engineer Mark Statz <br />Public Works Director Paul Palzar <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the May 28, 2008, City Council meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra added "Page l0a" under Consent Agenda, City of Centerville May 15, <br />2008, through May 28, 2008 Claims. <br />Mayor Capra added "Item 2. Storm Damage Update" under Announcements/LJpdates. <br />Motion by Council MemberLee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Pro..~~ <br />Mayor Capra opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. and inquired whether anyone wanted <br />to speak during this Public Hearing. <br />No one came forward to speak. <br />Administrator Larson reported that the City Council is required to do an Annual Public <br />Meeting. He stated that a notice was in the newspaper, there were brochures available, <br />
