City of Centerville City Council Meeting May 28, 2008 and it has been on the website and on the local access channel. There have been a number of actions during the year. There were 33 outcalls (out of 33) inspections and 25 ponds (out of 25) inspected. Anew storm water permit will be issued, and they will operate under it next year. Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to close the Mav 28, 2008, Pubic Hearing regarding the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program. Motion carried unanimously. IV. APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 1. May 14, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve the Mav 14, 2008 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously. 2. May 14, 2008, City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes Councilmember Paar stated that his last name was not spelled correctly and asked that it be corrected. Mayor Capra requested that two sentences in paragraph 7 on Page 2 be reworded as follows: She added that there needs to be a date in the ordinance. She could call a motion to push the date out further. Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the Mav 14, 2008, City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes as amended Motion carried unanimously. 1.
