<br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />September 2. 2003 <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Liaison Broussard Vickers asked how the property would be split. <br />Commissioner Wilharber indicated the City's Ordinance dictates that the property be split <br />50/50. . <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wilharber and seconded by Commissioner <br />McLean to recommend to Council approval of the reQuest to vacate the Clearwater <br />Road easement as reQuested. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson indicated this matter would be on next Wednesday's Council meeting <br />agenda. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Glenn Rehbein Lot Split/Lot Combination (Mound Trail) <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:57 p.m. <br /> <br />A representative of Mr. Rehbein addressed the Commission and explained that the <br />request is to split off a small section from Lot 10 and attach it to Lot 9 to preserve some <br />mature trees. He further explained that Lot 10 would no longer have its own access to the <br />lake but would use the shared access with the other interior lots. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilharber asked if Mr. Rehbein still owns lot 10. The representative <br />indicated that he did. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that both lots would meet the City's Ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wiharber asked if 1405 would have proper access to Mound Trail. The <br />representative indicated that it would. <br /> <br />.Commissioner Wilharber indicated there was a concern with the property at 1405 that <br />they have access to Mound Trail. The representative ensured the Commission that 1405 <br />would have proper access. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wilharber and seconded by Commissioner <br />Lakso to close the public hearim!. All in favor. Motion carried unanimousIv. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson closed the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wilharber and seconded by Commissioner <br />Lakso to recommend to Council approval of the lot split/lot combination as <br />reQuested. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson indicated that this matter would be on next Wednesday's Council Meeting <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Page 2 of5 <br />
