Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated color and design of the building were not
that important to her provided it was aesthetically pleasing to look at.

Council Member Capra questioned the location of the proposed trail way in relation to
the trees on the Shad Avenue comer of the property. Mr. Drilling pointed out the
trailway on the site plan map and indicated if the County will not allow the trees to stay
where they are, they will be relocated somewhere else on the property.

Mayor Swedberg questioned the amount of commercial development in an area before
the City needs to talk to the County about adding turn lanes on Main Street. Mr. Peterson
indicated the request is usually as a result of a number of accidents in the area. Just
adding the driveway onto Main Street would not warrant turn lanes.

Mayor Swedberg questioned whether it was a good idea for the driveways from the two
(2) commercial areas to match up. Mr. Peterson concurred.

Mayor Swedberg questioned whether the City needed to restrict the hours of operation to
mitigate noise for neighboring residents. Council Member Broussard Vickers stated that
City Ordinance would cover this issue.

Mayor Swedberg questioned whether Centerville restricts 24-hour businesses. Council
Member Broussard Vickers indicated 24-hour businesses have not been an issue.

Mayor Swedberg questioned whether the Fire Chief would have a problem with the berm
and fence. Mr. Drilling indicated there should be plenty of access for fire vehicles.

Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated final site plan approval would be
contingent upon the approval of the police and fire departments.

Council Member Nelson questioned if permission was granted from Anoka County and
Rice Creek Watershed to fill in the ditch and connect the trail, whether or not Mr.
Drilling was willing to pay for same. Mr. Drilling stated that he would be willing to
extend and flatten the existing trail way to ensure uniformity between the two (2)
shopping malls. Mr. Drilling stated that the City could partake in some of the ditching.

Council Member Travis indicated he did not have a problem with the proposed site plan
and felt no need for the City to get involved with the architectural features and colors of
the building. The concerns of residents have been met and he can think of no other
additions to the site plan.

Council Member Capra asked if Mr. Drilling could hang up the colored map of the
building. Council Member Capra questioned whether the colors on the map were the
colors Mr. Drilling intended to use for the building. Mr. Drilling indicated the colors
were not the colors he intended to use for the building and requested input from Council.
Mr. Drilling expressed a desire to have this proposed building look similar to, but not
exactly like, the existing building.

Council Member Broussard Vickers asked Mr. Drilling to incorporate the same green
color used for the shingles on the other building into some aspect of the proposed
