<br />Ms. Halstrom noted it is difficult to complain to Swift Construction because they <br />are a family owned business. She noted complaints against one portion of the <br />company are not getting to the other. <br /> <br />Ms. Halstrom questioned the Developer's Agreement for Eagle Pass First <br />Addition from December of 1996. She reviewed seeding, clean up and street <br />sweeping issues with the Council and noted the developer should be held <br />accountable for this items as stated with in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Ms. Halstrom asked if Phase 1 would be added into Phase 2 if approved. Mr. <br />March indicated he would not be in favor of combining these developments, as <br />this was a concern for a past development. <br /> <br />Brian Raulings, 7069 Dupre Road, indicated he was the president of the twin <br />townhome association. He stated his concern was with Ojibway Drive being <br />reverted from a private street to a public street. Mr. Raulings noted this roadway <br />should not remain private because, otherwise, two associations would be trying to <br />administer the maintenance on this roadway. <br /> <br />Mr. March mentioned this item is going to be up for numerous discussions <br />between the Council, City Staff, Fire and Police Departments, and the residents. <br />He indicated the lighting issues would also be addressed by the Council and City <br />Engineer. Mr. March explained after this was reported on, a decision could be <br />made on who would be paying for the roadway and additional lighting. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg thanked all the residents for their comments and suggested all <br />the residents come together to find a solution that benefits all parties involved. <br />He noted the Council would be moving forward to find solutions with the <br />assistance of the residents and City staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Travis. seconded bv Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to table this public hearin~ indefinitelv.
