COMMITfEE REPORTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />XL ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. March reported that Mr. LaMotte had resigned his position on the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg questioned whether the City would be doing something to thank Mr. <br />LaMotte for his years of service to the City. Mr. March stated Mr. LaMotte would be <br />recognized at the holiday event and given a plaque to thank him for his years of service to <br />the City, <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson stated it might be nice in the future to put a note in the paper <br />when committee members resign from service as a way of recognizing them along with <br />the holiday event and plaque presentation. <br /> <br />XIL ADJOU~NT <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Travis. seconded bv Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to adiourn tbe February 15.2001 City Council Meetinl! at 9:17 p.m. AU in <br />favor.
