CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the July 23, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested that an update on the Police Commission consolidation be <br />added under updates. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the water tower and Sedona Homes parking be <br />added under updates as well as Eagle Pass and St. Genevieve Picnic parking under New <br />Business. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member Lee <br />to approve the ae:enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. Julv 9. 2003 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 3 of 10 change time frame to <br />two words. On Page 5 of 10 indicate that the City's Ordinance will follow the state <br />statute guidelines. <br /> <br />Page 1 of24 <br />
