Satisfactory Performance Evaluation of Account Clerk II <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested that Item 5 be removed from the Consent Agenda so that he <br />could abstain from voting on that matter. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Capra. seconded bv Council Member Lee to approve <br />Consent Al!enda Items 1 thrOUl!h 4 as presented. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney continued the public hearing to the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Eagle Pass - Issues/Concerns (Townhome Association/Residents) <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes reviewed her letter report in response to Mr. Halstrom's letter with <br />Council.
