City of Centerville October 22, 2003 Council Meeting Minutes Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated there were some that were landlords and they had not been given the letter and the City had agreed to notify the landlords not the tenant. Ms. Paulseth indicated she thought that had been done but said she would look into it to make sure. Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vicken. seconded bv Council Member Lee to aDDrove Resolution 1#03-058 as Dresenteel. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. vm. OLD BUSINESS 1. Communication There was no need for discussion on this item. IX. ANNOUNCEMENTSIUPDATES 1. Mound Trail Reconstruction Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated the bituminous was completed. 2. 7016 & 7020 Brian Court (Property Line Dispute) Mayor Sweeney indicated he received a call on this from the resident at 7016 and he was disputing a few items in the letter and he was asked to come to City Hall to discuss it with City Staff He then said he would rather not repeat what was said but it was a very cordial conversation as he has known him for 14 years but would prefer the resident answer the letter and issues surrounding it. Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated he has to move the shed. Mayor Sweeney indicated one of the issues was that the shed was built in 1997 and not under the 2000 ordinance. Council Member Lee asked if the shed was moved. Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that Staff checked before the letter was sent out and that was last week and it had not been moved. City Attorney Hoeft clarified that the City Clerk references the 2000 version of Ordinance #4 because the shed has to be moved from the drainage and utility easement and, when it is, it would be governed by and have to comply with the new ordinance.
