<br />City of Centerville <br />October 22, 2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated there were some that were landlords and <br />they had not been given the letter and the City had agreed to notify the landlords not the <br />tenant. <br /> <br />Ms. Paulseth indicated she thought that had been done but said she would look into it to <br />make sure. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vicken. seconded bv Council Member Lee <br />to aDDrove Resolution 1#03-058 as Dresenteel. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />vm. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Communication <br /> <br />There was no need for discussion on this item. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTSIUPDATES <br /> <br />1. Mound Trail Reconstruction <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated the bituminous was completed. <br /> <br />2. 7016 & 7020 Brian Court (Property Line Dispute) <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated he received a call on this from the resident at 7016 and he was <br />disputing a few items in the letter and he was asked to come to City Hall to discuss it <br />with City Staff He then said he would rather not repeat what was said but it was a very <br />cordial conversation as he has known him for 14 years but would prefer the resident <br />answer the letter and issues surrounding it. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated he has to move the shed. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated one of the issues was that the shed was built in 1997 and not <br />under the 2000 ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked if the shed was moved. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that Staff checked before the letter was sent out and that was <br />last week and it had not been moved. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft clarified that the City Clerk references the 2000 version of <br />Ordinance #4 because the shed has to be moved from the drainage and utility easement <br />and, when it is, it would be governed by and have to comply with the new ordinance. <br /> <br />Page 11 of14 <br />
