Water & <br />Garba~e Services for Residents Associated with the 3rd and 4111 Ouarter 2002. 1 st <br />and 2n Quarter of 2003 Billing Cycles <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated there was an issue last year because some residents did <br />not know they were delinquent. <br /> <br />Ms. Paulseth indicated they were all sent a letter if deemed delinquent as of the last utility <br />bills. <br /> <br />Page 10 of 14 <br />
