<br />City ofCenterville <br />October 22, 2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Council Member Capra indicated that there is a Community Project, "Scouting for Food" <br />and there are drop boxes at Corner Express and Tom Thumb. She also volunteered to <br />take care of dropping off the food collected by the Lions at the Haunted House. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney announced that the Lions Haunted House and Bonfrre would be held <br />October 23, 24, and 25, 2003 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and a percentage of the <br />proceeds will be donated to the schools. He also indicated that attendees could receive <br />$1.00 off admission if they bring a non-perishable food item for donation. <br /> <br />Council recessed to executive session at 8:38 p.m. <br /> <br />X. CWSED - EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />I. Performance Review - City Administrator <br />Discussion ensued regarding the performance evaluation of the City <br />Administrator, Ms. Moore-Sykes. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the Closed Executive Session at 9: 13 p.m. <br /> <br />XI. RECONVENED REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The Mayor reconvened the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 9: 14 p.m. <br /> <br />Council found the City Administrator's performance to be satisfactory. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member <br />Caora to me the Administrator a satiseactorv oerformance review and to receive a <br />steo increase from Steo 9 to Steo 10. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />xu.
