CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the December 23, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Council Member Paar added the joint powers police department under New Business <br />number 9. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra added as number 2 under New Business a Tri City Meeting <br />MUSA discussion. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra added a discussion of the bid process as a part of the street <br />project discussion under New Business. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes added under announcements and updates - Kelly's Liquor License. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney added the Lions under Awards/Presentations. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoeft added under Announcements/Updates, Ground Development Special <br />Assessment Appeal. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve the aeenda as amended above. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br />
