December 1 D. 2003 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers requested the following change: On Page 4 of 8, <br />under number 3, change the word perform to "enforce". <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following change: On Page 8 of 9, change tri-city <br />to Tri-City. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member <br />Capra to approve the December 10.2003 Council meetine: minutes as amended. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. The City of Centerville December 11, 2003 through December 23, 2003 Claims <br />for Approval <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims <br />3. Successful Completion of Year 5 and Performance Review - City Clerk <br />4. Hiring of Rink Attendants <br /> <br />Council Member Lee removed Items 3 and 4 for further discussion. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Caora to aporove <br />Consent Ae:enda Items 1. and 2 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />3. Successful Completion of Year 5 and Performance Review - City Clerk <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked for a summary of the review process. Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />replied the process was a form filled out that was acceptable throughout the cities that <br />talked about various items on performance, based on the job description. She stated the <br />review was based on a scale of 1-5. She indicated she then went through the performance <br />review form with the employee and discussed it with them. She stated she also had the <br />employee fill out a self-appraisal. <br /> <br />4. Hiring of Rink Attendants <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked if there were applicants from last year. Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />replied they had two repeat applicants. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve Consent Ae:enda Items 3. and 4 as presented.
