CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the February 26, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested that a discussion concerning the article regarding the City- <br />funded dinner in the Quad Communitv Press Communitv Press be added under pending <br />Issues. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that Resolution #03-014, a Resolution declaring March <br />Food Share Month be added under Council Business as well as an update under pending <br />issues on the historic district. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that the letter from Mr. Richard Kocinski requesting the <br />donation of camcorders be added under Council Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated he would like to make comments concerning the City- <br />funded dinner and update Council on a telephone call he had received from a concerned <br />resident under pending issues. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers seconded bv Council Member Paar <br />to approve the aeenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br />
