V0Lr Lr <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> <br />City Administrator, Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />City Attorney, Mr. Jim Hoeft <br />City Engineer, Mr. Tom Peterson <br /> <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the April 9, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />n. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney added Woods of Clearwater Creek settlement to the agenda and asked <br />that Items 8, 9, and 10 from Council Business be moved to the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the cemetery tree, street dance liquor license, and <br />TIF Memo from Kennedy and Graven be added under Council Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar requested that a discussion on the streets, a fIre hydrant leak, the <br />budget for the EDC Appreciation Dinner, and Consideration of the Nominees for Citizen <br />and Business of the Year be added under Council Business. <br /> <br />Motion bv Counell Member Broussard Vicken seconded bv Councll Member Lee to <br />aoorove the af!enda as amended.
