<br />City of Centerville <br />COImcil Meeting Minutes <br />April 9, 2003 <br /> <br />Council Member Lee requested the following changes: On Page 4, second paragraph <br />change the 4 to "$". On Page 6 add "discussed and were in favor of giving preference to <br />existing officers." On Page 7, fourth paragraph add "feels that it may become very <br />political and that would stall the process." <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 8, change open the public <br />hearing to continued the public hearing. On Page 13, sixth paragraph indicate that the <br />City is considering lowering the 8% interest rate. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following changes: On Page 3, change "from" to <br />"for". On Page 4, remove one of the "Council Members". On Page 7, remove the word <br />"that", On Page 10, replace most with "majority." <br /> <br />Motion bv Councn Member Lee. seconded bv Councn Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve the Councn Meetin2 Minutes of March 26. 2003 as amended. Motion carried <br />unanimonslv. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney opened the Board of Review hearing at 6:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Linda Weiner, a staff appraiser for Anoka County and Jim Ruloff, a commercial <br />appraiser addressed Council and indicated they were there to address the concerns of any <br />residents with regard to their valuation.
