CoWlCil Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />COWlCil Member Capra requested the following changes: On Page 13, second to last <br />paragraph take out the word "secretariaf'. On Page 22 between Jines three and four insert <br />these sentences: Council Member Capra questioned whether the City was paying the <br />$144,853.75 payment to U.S. Bank Corporation Trust Service twice. It appeared this bill <br />had already been paid. <br /> <br />CoUncil Member Nelson asked that the spelling of LeBlanc be corrected. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg thanked the recording secretary and said her work was superb. <br /> <br />Motion by Co.ncD Member Nelson. seconded by Council Member Capra to <br />approve the Febnary 13. 2002 Council Minutes as amended. AU in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. February 20. 2002. COWlCil Work Session Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson said she was not aware that her notes would serve as minutes for <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson. seconded by <;ouDcil Member Broussard <br />Vickers to approve the February 20. 2002 Council Work Session Minutes as <br />presented. Ayes - 4. Nays - O. Abstain - 1(Travisl. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VI. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. The Shores Water Main Extension <br /> <br />CoWlCil Member Travis asked if there was any new information on this matter. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson indicated Council had received a letter from the Fire Chief in <br />support of extending the watermam. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg read the letter from the fire chief <br /> <br />COWlCil Member Travis asked ifany information had been received from Mr. DeFoe's <br />surveyor. Mr. Peterson indicated he had not received any information from Mr. DeFoe's <br />surveyor. <br /> <br />Page 5 of24 <br />
