MOBILE SIGN: A sign designed or intended to be moved or transported. <br />Examples of mobile signs are included, but not limited to, A - or T - frame signs, <br />sandwich signs and signs designed to be transported by trailer or on wheels. A <br />sign may be a mobile sign even if it has wheels removed, was designed without <br />wheels, or is attached temporarily to the ground, a structure, or other sign. Signs <br />mounted on a vehicle for advertising purposes, when the vehicle is parked and <br />visible from public right-of-way, except signs identifying a business when the <br />vehicle is being used in the normal day-to-day operation of that business. <br /> <br /> <br />f?@rg1i~lli <br /> <br /> <br />23. NAMEPLATE SIGN: A wall sign which states only the name or address or <br />both of the business or occupant of the lot where such sign is placed.
