<br />Trail grant: <br /> <br />Engineer Mark Statz suggested that the Council prioritize segments of trails in order to <br />focus on what will be included in the trail grant project. City Attorney Glaser <br />discouraged the informal voting process that Mark proposed as a potential problem in a <br />work session where voting doesn't occur. The map and project segment list will be sent <br />to each council members and Park and Rec members to select five preferred project <br />components. Those most preferred segments would likely be part of a trail project. The <br />map and list will also be put on the City's web site in order to allow the public to <br />comment, if they wish. <br /> <br />City Code: <br /> <br />The Council discussed draft revisions to City Code Chapters 10-94. City Attorney Glaser <br />reviewed sections that are proposed to change. Some sections of Chapter 51 will not be <br />changed as previously suggested, as they could conflict with Minnesota Health <br />Department rules on well drilling.
