Village snow r~moval was disouss:ed and it was ~ecided that Francis Burque would again look after this job and do whatever is needed to keep strs3ts tree of snow and passable. Installmng of planks around: the skating rink was disoussed for playing. of hockey. It was agreed that some planks would be necessary to keep the pucks within bolinds and prevent possible acoisents. This guard should be 3 rt hight aooording to John Peterson. It was finally agreed that for this lata in the year that a start would be ~ade by purchasing enough planks 12 inohes high to construot a border around the entire rink and to ,purohase JJ1.ore planks to make it higher "in later years. Motion was', '. made by Cecil La Motte seconded by Peterson tha.t this be done. All in favor. . . Cecil J..e. Motta is to see that this is oarried out.. It was also agreed to have two ,more lights installed on present posts on the rink. Gena Tracy reported that he stopped several people from dumping on the old dump looa.ted on the h~ll near his home on t119 Cemetery Road. Dumping was forbidden in this area several years ago. It was thought that no new ~Jo.
