This money shall be used for the city to defray the expense of <br />processing the application. <br /> <br />(E) No conditional use permit for any mobile home park shall be issued by the City <br />Council until after a public hearing has been held on the matter in accordance with the <br />procedures for a conditional use contained in this chapter. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) Penalty, see ~ 154.99 <br /> <br />~ 154.052 BUILDING PERMIT. <br /> <br />(A) The applicant for a building permit for the construction of a mobile home park <br />or any part thereof shall comply with all of the provisions of the Minnesota Building <br />Code as those provisions may apply. <br /> <br />(B) Each application shall be accompanied by four copies of detailed plans of the <br />proposed constructions and improvement of the site. <br /> <br />(C) Every application for a building permit to construct a mobile home park or to <br />expand an existing mobile home park shall be accompanied by plans approved by the <br />State Department of Health showing that the applicant is complying with all <br />recommendations, suggestions and laws under the jurisdiction of that Department. <br /> <br />(D) The building permit shall be issued by the Building Inspector after it has been <br />approved by a majority vote of the City Council. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) Penalty, see ~ 154.99 <br /> <br />~ 154.053 SITE REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />(A) Every mobile home park shall be located on a well-drained area and the <br />premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the accumulation of stormwaters or <br />other waters. <br /> <br />(B) Each unit shall have a gross area of not less than 7,500 square feet. <br /> <br />(C) Each unit shall have a minimum width of 60 feet and minimum depth of 125 <br />feet measured at right angles to its side lines. <br /> <br />(D) Front setback of mobile homes shall be no less than 20 feet from the curb and <br />no less than five feet from the sidewalk. <br /> <br />(E) There shall be not less than 25 feet of space between mobile homes in all <br />directions. <br />
