<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />'EstaEfished 1857 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />1880 :Main Street, CentervilIe, !M!N 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or'F~651-429-8629 <br /> <br />Res. #08-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFYING DATES FOR HEARINGS ON THE 2009 <br />BUDGET AND TAX LEVY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 10, 2008, the Council adopted Res. #08-024, adopting the <br />2009 Preliminary Budget and tax levy and setting hearing dates to consider public input <br />on the matter, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by Anoka County that the date of December 10, <br />2008, contained in the resolution adopted on September 10,2009, is not a date that can be <br />used for the initial budget hearing due to conflicts with hearings at other government <br />jurisdictions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, that the initial date for the budget <br />hearing shall be December 2, 2008, and that the continuation date if needed shall be <br />December 10, 2008. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 24th day of September, 2008. <br /> <br />Mary Capra Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />L_______ _ <br />
