Variance Request - Mr. Hatem Oamhieh. 7251 Clearwater Drive <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that Mr. Qamhieh withdrew his request for the <br />variance, stating that it was more of a variance than he initially thought it would be. City <br />Administrator Larson stated that, in the future, these variances should not be considered <br />unless they have a survey. He added that they need to specify what they need from a <br />resident's surveyor. <br /> <br />2. New Chair for the Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood. seconded by Commissioner Mosher to nominate <br />Commissioner D. Love as the Chair for the PlanninS! and ZoninS! Commission. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. August 5. 2008. Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Chair Love requested that the sixth paragraph under "VI. Discussion Items, Item 1 Code <br />Amendments" be changed to read, "Commissioner Love stated that they would not want to <br />limit businesses based on signage." <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner PanS!ell. seconded by Commissioner Wood. to approve the <br />Minutes of AU2Ust S. 2008 as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />VDI.
