<br />DATED July 29, 2005 <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 14 (MAIN <br />STREET) BETWEEN 1-35 WAND 1-35 E IN THE CITIES OF CENTERVILLE AND <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />(S.P. 02-614-24) <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding (MOD) is between the County of Anoka, State of M.~$'ota, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Minnesota, 2100 Third Avenue North, Anoka, Minnesota, 5 3, hereinafter <br />referred to as "County", and the City of Centerville, a municipal cOIporation und aws of the State <br />of Minnesota, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55449 hereinafter as the "City". <br /> <br /> <br />The parties to this MOU agree in principle that construction of County State PlI, .ect No. 0 <br />Project No. collectively referred to as the "Project" is in t interest of th <br />and that the Preliminary Layout as shown in Exhibit "A" defines the the Project. <br /> <br /> <br />E Street <br />Mound Trail <br />Peltier Lake D <br />Lavalle Drive (private <br />Lakeland. oth co <br />Cent <br />Pr <br /> <br /> <br />vi and accepted by the parties <br />nstruction documents. Cotton <br />14. 21st A <br /> <br />It is understood that future improvements may be required at the CSAH 14 and 21st Avenue N intersection to <br />accommodate improvements for the future interchange at 1-35 E. It is understood that improvements will <br />need to be made to CSAH 21 and County Road 54 in the future as development occurs. Improvements may <br />include but are not limited to: tum lanes, through lanes, extension of concrete medians. The parties will meet <br />jointly to consider any future improvements.
