<br />The parties agree that if the City wishes to include landscaping/streets cape features in the Project, they shall <br />be designed in accordance with Anoka County Highway Department Landscape/Streetscape Guidelines. The <br />cost of the design and construction of these features will be the responsibility of the City. The City shall <br />provide all construction documents including plans, specifications, and estimated quantities and cost to the <br />County for inclusion in the project bid documents. All construction documents must be submitted to the <br />County by April 30, 2006. <br /> <br />UTILITIES: <br /> <br /> <br />The parties agree that the Exhibit "A" Layout does include specific proposed uti!" ns. Th€;\,~i~ty would consider a share of this cost if this route <br />could be used to the County's benefit as a detour ()f byPass route to aid in the construction of CSAH 14. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Upon acceptance and signatures by the parties of this MOU, a separate joint powers agreement for cost share <br />and maintenance will be prepared by the County for execution by the City and the County prior to acceptance <br />of bids for this project. The joint powers agreeme~t tp,follow will formalize all estimated and actual cost <br />shares. The parties recognize the difficult nature ()ftQjs project and every effort will be made to reduce the <br />impacts to adjoining properties.
