The parties agree that if the City wishes to include landscaping/streets cape features in the Project, they shall be designed in accordance with Anoka County Highway Department Landscape/Streetscape Guidelines. The cost of the design and construction of these features will be the responsibility of the City. The City shall provide all construction documents including plans, specifications, and estimated quantities and cost to the County for inclusion in the project bid documents. All construction documents must be submitted to the County by April 30, 2006. UTILITIES: The parties agree that the Exhibit "A" Layout does include specific proposed uti!" ns. The City will be responsible ,for the design of any sanitary sewer and water main improveme~/s, w IC in the project bid documents. SUMMARY: Upon acceptance and signatures by the parties of this MOU, a separate joint powers agreement for cost share and maintenance will be prepared by the County for execution by the City and the County prior to acceptance of bids for this project. The joint powers agreeme~t tp,follow will formalize all estimated and actual cost shares. The parties recognize the difficult nature ()ftQjs project and every effort will be made to reduce the impacts to adjoining properties.
