CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 8, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held its regularly scheduled meeting <br />on October 8, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Mary Capra <br />Council Member Linda Broussard-Vickers <br />Council Member Michelle Lakso o <br />Council Member Tom Lee ~~~ <br />~ ~ ~ <br />ABSENT: Council Member Jeff Paar <br />~~ <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the October 8, 2008, City Council Meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />II. PUBLIC COMMENT(S) <br />Mrs. Barb Carter, 6913 Sumac Court, reported that residents cannot walk on the sidewalks <br />in the Pheasant March neighborhood because of the overgrowth of weeds. She brought <br />photos to show to the City Council. <br />Mayor Capra assured Mrs. Carter that they will have a staff member look at it, and they <br />will get back to her. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions to the Agenda: <br />Consent Agenda, Item 1: Added page 14A. <br />New Business: Added Item 4, Planning and Zoning Commission Recommendation for <br />Approval of Creative Kids Signage <br />New Business: Added Item 5, Mr. Terry Sager's (Kelly's) Request for Payment Schedule <br />for Liquor License Fees <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
