City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />October 8, 2008 <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lakso, <br />to approve the October 8, 2008, Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />City of Centerville September 17, 2008, Joint Committee/Commission/Council <br />Work Session Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lakso, <br />to approve the September 17, 2008, Joint Committee/Commission/Council Work <br />Session Meeting Minutes, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />2. September 24, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Capra made the following changes to the September 24, 2008, City Council <br />Meeting Minutes: <br />On Page 4 of 11, the second paragraph under New Business, Item 1, City <br />Communications: the wording "that plan" was changed to "a plan." <br />On Page 4 of 11, the fifth paragraph under New Business, Item 1, City Communications: <br />the wording "from developer fees" was changed to "from park dedication fees." <br />On Page 5 of 11, the last paragraph was changed to read "Councilmember Paar stated that <br />he will not..." <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee, to <br />approve the September 24, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes, as amended. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville September 25, 2008, through October 8, 2008, Claims <br />2. Mr. & Mrs. Nicholas Troje, 1728 Meadow Lane -Encroachment Agreement - <br />Fence <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers requested that Items 3 and 4 of the Consent Agenda be <br />pulled for discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lakso, <br />to approve Items 1 and 2 of the Consent Agenda as presented.
