City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 12, 2005 <br />The Council discussed their impressions of City Administrator, Dallas Larson during the <br />employment interview and asked for feedback from Mr. Larson on how things have been going. <br />Mr. Larson indicated that he felt that the position was a good fit and thought that things have <br />gone very well. Mr. Larson was excused from the meeting. <br />The Council completed their written evaluation forms and discussed the evaluation process. <br />The meeting was reopened to the public at 10:15 p.m. <br />The Council reported the results of its review to City Administrator Larson, each in turn <br />expressing their opinions on how he had met their expectations. <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar that City <br />Administrator Larson be given a satisfactory review and that due to exemplary <br />performance and in recognition of Council’s satisfaction with Mr. Larson’s work, <br />his salary be increased to an annual rate of $77,500 effective with the next pay <br />period and receive cost of living adjustments commencing 2006 similar to other <br />staff. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 p.m. <br />Dallas Larson, <br />City Administrator <br />Page 12 of 12 <br />
