City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />October 22, 2008 <br />City Administrator Larson stated that this was expected to be on the Agenda for this <br />evening, but last-minute comments were received from Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />This item will have to be delayed for several weeks to work through these last-minute <br />issues. <br />City Administrator Larson reported that the November and December meetings were <br />moved because of the holidays, and the amount of time needed for the budget and the final <br />approval of budget. A schedule of November and December meetings was requested to be <br />mailed to Council. <br />2. City Attorney Kurt Glaser -State Audit Petition -Individual's Request for Name <br />R emnval <br />City Attorney Glaser reported that some citizens have requested that their names be <br />removed from the State Audit Petition. The process for removal of names is to submit <br />counter petition to the State Auditors requesting their name be removed from the petition. <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender has been given three names and if more are received, the City <br />will forward them on to the County who must verify that signors of the petition are <br />registered voters. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, <br />to adiourn the October 22, 2008, City Council Meeting. All in favor.
