<br />Heat oven to 425 degrees. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly with <br />wire whisk and add remaining filling ingredients. Pour filling into <br />unbaked pie crust. Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 <br />degrees. Cover the edge pie crust with a 2-3 inch strip of foil to <br />prevent excessive browning. Bake about 45 minutes longer or until <br />knife inserted in center comes out clean. Coolon rack at least 1 hour <br />before serving. Pie can remain at room temperature for up to 5 hours <br />and then should be covered and refrigerated. Top with whipped cream <br />before serving. <br />
