Mr. Tedd Peterson, Public Works Maintenance Technician -Successful <br />Completion of Performance Review & Year 9 <br />6. Superseding, Perpetual Easement -Rice Creek Watershed District - <br />Associated with Backage Road & Anoka County Ditch 55 <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />approve the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br />VL AWARDS/PRESENTATION/APPEARANCES -None. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS -None. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Burschville Construction, Inc. Final Pay Request & Change Order #5 for <br />Closeout -Backage Road/21st Avenue Utility & Street Improvements - <br />$30,829.55. <br />Engineer Statz provided an update on final payment to Burshville Construction. <br />Council Member Paar questioned whether all items on the punch list had been <br />completed to City standards, and if the large pile of top soil had been removed. <br />Engineer Statz stated all punch list items had been completed and the top soil had <br />been removed. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />approve the final payment to Burschville Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$30,829.55 for closeout - Backage Road/21st Avenue Utility & Street <br />Improvements. <br />Engineer Statz requested the motion include wording referring to payment of <br />Change Order #5. <br />Council Member Lee accepted this friendly amendment. Council Member Paar <br />also accepted this friendly amendment. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
