<br />City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />December 2, 2008 <br /> <br />Mayor Capra suggested that it may be worth getting some information from the Rice Street <br />Snowmobile Association. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers stated that they would have to wait to see what their <br />snowfall is and what the issues are. She stated that they are not looking at changing <br />anything at this time. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Dock Ordinances <br /> <br />Chair Love stated that a citizen had asked him if the City is looking at dock ordinances. <br />Chair Love told him that they are not under consideration at this time but, if he had issues, <br />he should call the City and see if there is an Ordinance in place. If there is not an <br />Ordinance in place, he should ask to get on the docket to discuss it. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that the dock should be 10 feet from the property line. <br /> <br />2. Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />City Administration Larson pointed out where the Commissioners could find the Lino <br />Lakes Comprehensive Plan. He stated that this could be discussed over the next 6 months. <br /> <br />VII. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />VIII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. November 3. 2008. Planning and Zoning: Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Pan2:ell. seconded by Commissioner Parucci. to approve the <br />Minutes of November 3. 2008. as presented. All in favor. Motion carried (6/0/1). <br />Commissioner Lan2:e abstained. <br /> <br />IX. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood. seconded by Commissioner Pan2:ell. to adiourn the <br />December 2. 2008. Plannin2: and Zonin2: Commission Meetin2: at 7:05 p.m. All in <br />favor.
