The <br />forecasts contained in Table 1 (Population), 3 (Households), and 6 (Employment) represent a City- <br />requested from the System Statement forecast. These forecast changes have been discussed with <br />Council staff in FebIUary and March 2008, and Council staff will recommend that these forecasts <br />be adopted with Metropolitan Council action on the City's Update. <br /> <br /> 2010 2020 2030 <br />Population 3730 4860 6200 <br />Households 1350 1900 2450 <br />Employment 600 1000 1210 <br /> <br />However, there is irr:ernal inconsistency within the Update that should be easy to resolve. Sewer- <br />serviced forecasts appear several times in the document: Table 16, Table 20, Table 22, and Table <br />28. In each of these lables, the sewer-serviced employment forecasts need to be revised to the <br />numbers shown in the above table. <br /> <br />After all of the required ,~lements of the plan are completed and submitted, Council staff will begin the <br />official review process.
