APPEARANCESIPRESENTATION(S) <br /> <br />m. PUBUC BEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. Proposed Ordinance #. Second Series Amending City Code. Chapter 154.170 <br />Parking Requir~ments <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that the proposed ordinance would amend the code for <br />parking requirements for various uses permitted within the City. He explained that the <br />required green space could be converted to parking spaces if required. <br /> <br />Commissioner Love questioned if a specific timeframe was set for the CUP. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that it is unlikely a CUP would be pulled unless <br />specified requirements were not met. He explained that the property owner would be <br />notified and given a chance to correct any problems. <br /> <br />Page lofS <br />
