Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert-Hunt referred to Item D and inquired as to whether this statement <br />agreed with the parking requirement. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that the more restrictive ordinance would be enforced. <br />He commented that Item D is intended for shared parking or to purchase land for <br />additional parking. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert-Hunt questioned whether the City Council should be making the <br />decisions relative to Item G instead of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that the process starts with the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission making and forwarding a recommendation to the City Council. He stated <br />that the City Council would make the final decision. <br /> <br />Commissioner Love questioned if the elements pointed out in Item I would present <br />opportunities to look at the CUP. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that it could if the conditions were not abided by. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pangell inquired whether existing businesses would fall under this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that it is difficult to impose new regulations onto <br />existing businesses. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard questioned Commissioner Pangell if he meant that if the <br />owner were not keeping the property up, would there be a reason to review the CUP. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pangell replied that was correct. <br /> <br />M~on ~y <;ql9mi~ioner Pan2eU.. ~nded by CO"qJissioner JAve., to aOt)rove <br />Ordinance # . Final Plat - 7381 Old Mill Road (Hanzal Addition/Clearwater Creek Estates) <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Banzai, 7381 Old Mill Road, presented the final plat and pointed out the name <br />was the only change. He explained that the name Clearwater Creek Estates imparted a <br />more conducive reflection of the City. He commented that this would be one of the last <br />developments on the creek. <br /> <br />Page 20f6 <br />
