<br />City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />June 5,2007 <br /> <br />Mr. Hanzal indicated that the City had some concern with the name as it might cause <br />confusion with other similarly named developments. Reschedule July 3. 2007 Meeting <br /> <br />Consensus reached by the Planning Commission was not to change the meeting date. <br /> <br />2. Conditional Use Permit Request -7137 - 20th Avenue (Jason. Bobby & Steve's) <br />Auto Repair and Storage. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that the previous CUP was voided due to that <br />business no longer is in operation. He explained that Jason, Bobby & Steve's Auto <br />Repair and Storage would like to lease the building. He stated that a public hearing is <br />required for this action. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson displayed an aerial photo of the location. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert-Hunt commented that she visited the area and described the <br />condition of the property as messy. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that this might be an opportunity to deal with the <br />condition of the properties. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fehrenbacher questioned whether any feedback was received from the <br />homes in the area. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that he had not received any feedback. <br /> <br />Page 3 of6 <br />
