And <br />requiring that the business conform to the noise regulations contained in City <br />Code Section 91.09 and other nuisance regulations contained in Chapter 91. <br />11) Vehicle drives, parking and storage areas shall be improved with a dust-free <br />asphalt or concrete surface. <br /> <br />I would suggest that P&Z hold its hearing and consider any written or oral comments <br />presented. Then, express your intentions by a motion directing staff to make fmdings, for <br />consideration at your next meeting, that are consistent with an approval or consistent with <br />denial, depending upon how you perceive this. Staff will then prepare an appropriate <br />finding and decision for consideration at your next meeting. This will cause a little delay~. <br />in the final decision, but will allow the City to make a good and informed decision.
