<br />(2) Whenever the words CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION are used, <br />they shall be held to mean Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or any authorized fire inspector of the Bureau of <br />Fire Prevention. <br /> <br />(0) Establishment of limits of districts in which storage of flammable or combustible liquids in <br />outside above-ground tanks is prohibited. Storage <br />in this manner is, by example, gas cans or similar containers that are approved and hold two and one- <br />half or five gallons. This exception is not intended to allow large quantities to be stored. A guideline <br />would follow that ten gallons should be adequate and more would be excessive. The storage of <br />flammable or combustible liquids in outside above-ground tanks is prohibited within all zones except 1 <br />B-1 and 1-1.
