(2) Whenever the words CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION are used, they shall be held to mean Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or any authorized fire inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention. The storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside above-ground tanks is prohibited within all zones except 1 B-1 and 1-1.
