<br />77 <br /> <br />YARD, FRONT. A yard extending across the full width of the front lot between side lot lines and <br />extending from the front property line to the depth required in the yard regulations of the district in <br />which the lot is located. On a comer lot, both street frontages shall be considered the front. <br />(Ord. 2d #5, amended 5/10/06) <br /> <br />YARD, REAR. A yard extending along a side lot line between the front and rear yard lot line, <br />having a width as specified in the yard regulations for the district in which the lot is located. <br /> <br />YARD, SIDE. A yard between the sideline of the lot and the nearest line of the building and <br />extending from the front yard to the rear yard. <br /> <br />ZONING DISTRICT. An area or areas for which the regulations and requirements governing use, <br />lot and bulk of buildings and premises are uniform. <br /> <br />~~ 154.007-154.14 reserved for expansion <br /> <br />~ 154.100 DISTRICTS AND USE REGULA nONS <br /> <br />(A) Zoninf! mal). A map entitled Centeryille Zoning Map is hereby adopted by reference and <br />declared to be part of this chapter as the official zoning map. This map shall be on permanent file and <br />available for public inspection in the City Hall. It shall be the responsibility of the Administrator to <br />maintain and keel> the map UP to date and to record each amendment thereto within 30 davs after <br />official publication of the ordinance adopting: the amendment. <br /> <br />(B) Intemretation of the zoninf! maD. Where due to the scale. lack of detail or illegibility of the <br />zoning map attached hereto. there is an uncertainty. contradiction or conflict as to the intended location <br />of any zoning district boundary as shown thereon. the Zoning Administrator shall make an <br />interoretation of the map upon the request of any person. Any person aggrieved by the inter:pretation <br />may appeal the interoretation to the Board of Appeals and Adiustments. The Board of Appeals and <br />Adiustments. in interoreting the zoning map or deciding any appeal. shall apply to the following <br />standards: <br /> <br />(I) Zoning district boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines. or be parallel or <br />per:pendicular thereto. or along the centerlines of streets. rights-of-way or watercourses. unless the <br />boundary lines are fixed by dimensions shown on the zoning map: <br /> <br />(2) Where zoning district boundary lines are so indicated that they apvroximately follow lot <br />lines. the lot lines shall be construed to be the boundary lines: <br /> <br />(3) Where a zoning district boundary line divides a lot. the location of any zoning district <br />boundary line. unless indicated by dimensions shown on the zoning map. shall be determined by the <br />use of the map scale shown thereon: and <br /> <br />77 <br />
