<br />RESOLUTION 95-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LIONS CLUB APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION <br />FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Celebration is scheduled for July <br />28, 29, 30, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville Lions Club has applied for authorization <br />for exemption from lawful gambling license for a pull-tab <br />operation during the City Celebration; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Centerville City <br />Council that the Centerville Lions Club be granted approval for a <br />lawful gambling license application for pull-tabs for July <br />28,29,&30, 1995, and that the 30 day waiting period be waived and <br />that the fee be waived. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Centerville on the 12th <br />day of July, 1995. <br /> <br />L-/~'~ <br /> <br />Thomas Wilharber <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />Roger L.
