<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br />'Estaflisfiet{ 1857 <br /> <br />1880 Main Street · Centerville, 9vf9.f... 55038 <br />(612) 429-3232 . 1'~ (612) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council met on it's regular scheduled meeting date of <br />August 9, 1995; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council discussed the renewal application of the Multiple <br />Sclerosis Society to operate pull tabs at Kelly's Komer, 7098 Centerville Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Centerville will conduct an investigation of the Multiple Sclerosis <br />Society; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Multiple Sclerosis Society is in compliance to City Ordinance #51; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Multiple Sclerosis Society appears to take into consideration the best <br />interests of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY <br />COUNCIL approves the charitable gambling activity of pull tabs by the Multiple Sclerosis <br />Society at Kelly's Komer; <br /> <br />Approved by this City Council August 9, 1995. <br /> <br />~ J:)"2,-c~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
