<br />RESOLUTION 95-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOCATING MONIES FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE 1987 <br />STREET BOND FUND TO OFFSET THE DEFICIT IN THE FUND DUE TO COURT <br />ACTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 8, 1995, to consider this <br />issue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it appropriate to <br />transfer the necessary funds to the 1987 Street Bond Fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of centerville City <br />Council that $100,000.00 be transferred from the General Fund <br />into the 1987 Street Bond Fund to cover the deficit as a result <br />of court action. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Centerville on the 8th <br />day of March, 1995. <br /> <br />C-/~ ~~ <br /> <br />Tom Wilharber <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />or <br />
