All in favor. Motion carried. <br />2. Off-Sale Liquor Licenses (Newt <br />a. Mainstreet Liquor Barrel, Inc., 1873 Main Street (Commencing April 1 - <br />December 31, 2009) <br />b. Sager's Liquor, 7093 - 20th Avenue South (Commencing January 15 - <br />December 31, 2009) <br />City Attorney Glaser stated that Centerville is authorized by state law to permit five off- <br />sale liquor licenses. He suggested that it may be time for the City to consider whether it is <br />economically viable for the City to use all its licenses. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Mayor Capra stated that this should be looked at in the future. She suggested approving <br />the two existing licenses and later look at possibly revising the policy. <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers, to approve Liquor Licenses for Mainstreet Liquor Barrel, Inc. (Commencing <br />April 1 -December 31, 2009), and Sager's Liquor (Commencing January 15 - <br />December 31,2009). All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Tobacco License (New <br />c. Sager's Liquor, 7093 - 20th Avenue South (Commencing January 15 - <br />December 31, 2009) <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Fehrenbacher, to approve the new Tobacco License for Sager's Liquor. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Therapeutic Massage Establishment License Renewal (Serenity Now <br />Motion made by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member <br />Broussard Vickers, to approve renewal of the Therapeutic Massage Establishment <br />License for Serenity New Healing Center.
